A Company that Won’t Stand Still
VF Corporation is the global parent company of active lifestyle brands including The North Face, Vans, Timberland, Smartwool, and others. As their internal communications partner, my team at Launch developed branded content for more than 40,000 associates worldwide, producing short-format videos, podcast episodes, multimedia galleries, and digital articles on a weekly basis.
I guided our team in overseeing end-to-end content production, managing the client relationship, and coordinating cross-functional partners to ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables. I introduced new processes, clarified deliverables, and established a file organization system within VF’s asset management platform that streamlined approvals and accelerated timelines.
These efficiencies helped scale output and contributed to a 49% growth in the account within the first year.

Empowered, Personalized Healthcare
Rise Precision Medicine launched in 2023 with a mission to deliver personalized, preventative care to motivated, health-conscious clients. Partnering directly with the founder, we built the brand foundation from strategy through implementation.
I guided the competitive analysis, audience definition, and mood board development to shape the brand identity. In collaboration with a designer, we created the name, logo, visual system, and core messaging, resulting in a modern, premium, and approachable brand.
I also led the design and build of the Squarespace website, optimized for SEO and user experience, and developed supporting materials including email marketing templates, print collateral, and a Google Ads campaign. These efforts positioned Rise for growth and attracted its first wave of clients.

Plastics Are Not on the Breck Menu
When Breckenridge banned single-use plastic bottles and serviceware, my team at Launch was tasked with building awareness and encouraging compliance among locals and visitors. I guided our team through discovery, research, and development of the creative brief while coordinating with clients and stakeholders to keep the project on track.
Together, we applied behavior change marketing principles to keep the tone positive and solution-oriented. The unifying theme, “Protect the Breckenridge You Love,” personalized sustainability and inspired small, lasting actions.
In addition to a comprehensive paid media plan, we reached audiences through a partnership with the Breckenridge Tourism Office on pre-arrival communications and distributed custom point-of-sale materials to local dining establishments.

RidgeGate is a new urbanism community in Lone Tree that blends urban amenities with natural beauty.
As RidgeGate’s long-term marketing partner, I lead my team at Launch in driving the integrated strategy across digital, social, paid media, PR, stakeholder engagement, and events. I oversee the creative process, manage client and partner relationships, lead digital engagement across social and web, and ensure messaging remains consistent and compelling.
Key initiatives included a website overhaul that improved user experience and boosted referral rankings by 109%, and a new content strategy that grew RidgeGate’s reach on Meta platforms more than 7X.
